At Down South on Main we not only focus on helping you from the moment you walk in the door but also once you leave. Our customers become family. No matter if you are coming in to shop, look around, stop for a quick hug and a chat or you just need somewhere safe to go and be prayed for, we are here ready to welcome you. 

 

Melissa Lemmond, is the proud owner of Down South on Main and Man Cave on Main. She along with her family loves the Town of MP and community.  When you step into the store you know you will be greeted with the sweetest smile and you will feel an instant connection with Melissa.  The connection is so genuine you may not even realize she is the owner of the store. If you ask Melissa about the creation of Down South on Main you will hear her say "Our store was placed in our hands by our creator the Lord Jesus Christ". Melissa believes the store was given to her to be used as a platform to share the word and love of Jesus.

 

Jeff Lemmond is the co-owner of both Down South on Main and Man Cave on Main, as well as the co-owner of the Carolina Picker's Festival and Swap Meet, where his passion for uncovering hidden treasure truly shines.  Married to Melissa Lemmond for 22 wonderful years, Jeff is also a proud father to their three amazing children.  Jeff is known as the "King of Finding Treasures', he has a incredible knack for discovering the coolest, most unique items, and he's always excited to share his latest finds with everyone.
